The purpose of this website is to help educate the ‘Average Joe’ investor in their quest for riches in the world of penny stocks.

There are basic rules of trading that you should understand before chasing these fabled penny stocks and a simple navigation of this website may help to educate you in that regard.

The truth is that almost all penny stocks are simply ‘shell companies’ in the business of releasing PR’s in an effort to raise value and then ‘dump’ the shares to the unsuspecting ‘lambs’ as I call them.

Nothing motivates more than money so after losing a fair amount of mine by being a lamb I decided to make it my personal crusade to find out the real mechanics behind this corrupt, fascinating, penny stock world.

I wont be offering stock advice in the sense of what to buy, but rather how the system works and how to perform your Due Diligence (DD) in researching a stock you are interested in.

I will from time to time post a stock that I believe to be one of the ‘real’ companies trading on the pink sheets in the event you may want to check them out and of course perform your own DD.
